So just make sure the background that gets copied doesn't have the
volume slider drawn on it (e.g. hide the slider as the first action when
the playlist button is pressed, as you currently do for the four buttons
in the same place, and then redraw it if it should be shown, as you also
appear to do currently) ;-)

That would probably be more effort than it's worth, mind power is very
difficult to interface with directly. I think the side-flick would be
easier to implement since you could harness the power of the existing
touch screen interface. :-P
