It all depends on what you want, but I decided to make the initial CD formatting be a minor concern with how my library is structured. I am not strictly consistant, but I usually renumber the tracks and consider a two or three CD "album" to be one big one. OTOH, I often split classical albums apart, because they often have works by two composers and I often don't like the pairings.
