I was sending Sebastian my XDA Diamond its the same like a HTC diamond and next beta is optimised special to ergonomic. I you send him a screenshot and support him somehow with a screenshot it will be no big problem to give yours Touch Pro 2 a good resolution. It depence of the users input they givehim. I think personal most important is now a internationalisation. It needs a start for a good documentation in most languages what are possible to go on further special features. If the users do to help with this a print can be possible and not only pdf documents. In future so its possible to keep a focus to individual scenarios. Special if you like to use other players than a Logitech squeezebox. Why not a Popcorn Hour or an other Multimediaplayer. i gave him a focus how to build Entation Relationships (ER) and i hope its usefull. I personally hope next week i got a start of a German based documentation. And than a English one. I will try a translation for russian and romanian language. I hope for a lot of others. IMHO this is a starting point to make it possible to integrate it into a firmware of mobiles. If so bundles for telephone companies are possible.
