Quiet is always good. Using a CPU and chipset that don't need fans is very good. Not sure you can really deliver on "completely silent" as disk drives make noise. No one notices with six case fans screaming, but disks make noise. I'm assuming you are not planning on 4.5T of SSD disk, as that would cost more than most cars.
