Well, purchased new power supply. Factory Reset SB3 and took into work to eliminate power and wireless.
Left SB3 on with original supply. After about 30-45 minutes, it was back to rebooting constantly. Switched power supplies, still rebooting constantly. Unplugged SB3 for a while, plugged it back in to new supply and it's been stable for the rest of the day (6 hours), so fingers crossed.
