Well the duet is one thing, comparing to SB3 ( aka SB classic ) then
is more proper, in my opinion the SB3 is a whole magnitude more stable.
In 2009 my SB3 has required one powercycling to resume function and
that was after i did some upgrading in the 7.4 beta sw. If i had not
been keen on beta sw... well i did a xilink reset 2007 I think ?
And of course failed upgrades of SC but thats also mostly my own
curiosity getting the better of me (SC seldom do major version change
gracefully ).
If I'd just let my SB3 be then it would probably worked for years on
end without trouble.
And the occasional wifi channel shuffle with the neighbors but that
does not require any meddling with SC/SB system at all only changing
channel in my router.
