"Total Players Recognized: 1" This suggest that SC sees the receiver, can you play music with web interface, open squeezecenter and play some music from there ?
This would rule out the Reciever part as faulty. Then it's "only" the matter of getting the controller on the right track again. For the most part it works like this, the controller(s) ir-remotes web-UI whatever talks squeezecenter, squeezecenter talks to the players.
