It's technically possible but not quiet sure I'd want to go down that road. One it duplicates functionality which Apple doesn't seem to be too keen on. Second whoever develops that then has to manage a totally seperate sandboxed audio library on the device itself. Keeping the local and remote in sync... Messy. Nothing technically stopping a developer however from d/l the audio from the link Squeeze Center provides to the device itself.
