Did that. Login screen is English. Drop down selection is English. On login, its Spanish or whatever. I clicked on to a page that seemed to be talking about downloading the SC for Ubuntu, and that too had a language drop down box. Selected English, logged out. Logged back in and it seems to be English. Most strange.
