You can create your own shortcut to IE (lives in C:\program files\internet explorer\iexplorer.exe) and supply the -k option
so it would look like "c:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe" -k http://localhost:9000 in the shortcuts Target field. That will put you into Kiosk mode, which is largest full screen.
