I recently had a request for this - but I can't reply - so I thought I'd just post it in case it helps.
The Systemline is a multi-room controller with an IR blaster control facility and control pads in each room. This configures a few of the buttons on the wall pads to control the SB. To make it work you have to tell the systemline that you have a Pioneer VCR - and then the VCR control buttons will work with this file.
