Open if you want. Consider though that many use alternate browsers
(firefox, opera, mozilla, etc.), and your shortcut only works for IE.
Also, with a single keypress, you can get into Kiosk mode.
my shortcut? I don't even have a Windows desktop :) I'm just suggesting
that a shortcut may reduce the number of messages in my inbox. Anyway,
looks like the Windows users have something called slim tray already
