That may or may not be him. Regardless, telling a customer who bought a
product in good faith (I had no idea it wasn't released) that the
product is non-existent, basically implying that I'm lying, is
inexcusable in my book. To keep repeating the party line to a customer
who has the product sitting on his shelf, is dronish behavior in my
book.
