Don't forget that if you got it direct from Slimdevices (and maybe also from some distributors) there is a thirty day return policy. You may be in that time period.
Sorru to hear you are having so much trouble. The problem with a product like the SB is that it depends so much on other items of one's equipment that it's not possible to give simple instructions or diagnostics that are sure to work.
