I have now been playing sometime with the latest beta. Everything seems
fine (therer were some duisplay problems in labndscape in the previous
beta but those are fixed in the last), but I agree with the post above
on point 2 and 4. 

I don't know if it is because the touch pro has a rather small screen
but I find very difficult to get the gestures to work. I have the
tendency to use the fingers and not the stylus, probably everythign
works fine with the stylus. Also, at least with the fingers, it is very
difficult to bring up the miniplayer panel. I don't use it fior much but
it is the only place where I can turn off the squeezebox.
