Hi, today on my SB Classic, I have the power plugged into the switched outlet on my AV receiver, so that the squeezebox turns on when I switch on the AV receiver.
I am replacing the SB with a transporter and want to know if doing this might damage the transporter. If I blow my SB Classic it is not the end of the world - but the transporter ... Seems like this would be no different than just plugging it in every time I wanted to use it, but am not sure if this causes any undo wear or problems as opposed to just powering it down to sleep mode.
