Hi everyone, I sadly have 2 SB3s that both seem to be fried. One was moved over from the US to the UK and hasn't worked since arriving (potential damage while shipping is my guess) and the other got knocked off a table top quite hard the other night by my 2-year-old. Both have an issue where, you plug in the power cord, and nothing happens. The only lights visible on the device is the dim infrared light in the back. Sean himself posted in a previous forum question (right after I moved to the UK) to take the case off to see if any connections look visibly damaged. No such luck - from my untrained eye everything looks fine.
So that's my situation. Neither of the devices owe me anything (they're both around 4 years old) but if anyone has suggestions on what I could do to try to resurrect them, I'd be grateful.
