I've just been sitting with a friend in the UK whilst he orders a radio. I watched him go around the houses trying to get to the ordering section before realising that he had to double click (!!??) on the photo of the radio for the link to the ordering section to work. Then he was asked to "Select Colour". Clicking this led to a section of countries, not colour at all! Then, after eventually completing the order he realised that nowhere had he been actually able to select the colour, so now he has no idea what colour radio he is going to get.
I can't remember having experienced a more muddled and confusing ordering process. Having read the previous post he has decided not to bother calling support and just accept the colour he gets sent (unless it's pink of course).... that's assuming he does actually get sent one and the fulfillment process is not as muddled as the ordering process of course.
