In the past, SD/Logi staff in the California location have said that they can handle accessories orders. I think the address to use is sales[at]slimdevices[dot]com. Contact them and maybe you can get one of the backlit IR remotes they have on the US web site. Warning: sometimes the shipping charges can cost as much as the item itself.
