Ok, not all the time...but I'm using the nightly from 2005/09/11 using the rpm on Linux FC4.
Playing regular flac files from a folder (not a playlist per se) and my wife decided after the current list of songs was over, she wanted to switch over to an internet radio stream. So, she selected add and crashed slimserver. I was able to repeat it on restart of slimserver. She is not holding play, but pressing add. I'll add it to bugzilla...
