I can answer "yes" to the first two questions above, as they're fine for me on today's nightly of 7.5 with MusicIP V1.8. As to the final question, the only thing that comes to mind is to try a rescan in case MusicIp wasn't running the last time your library was scanned. Other than that, I'm afraid I can't think of anything.
