There are 2 reset procedures, have you tried both? I think for me the first procedure fixed it for me.
1. factory Reset 1. Disconnect the power 2. Press and hold "Add" on the remote 3. Reconnect the power 4. Release the "Add" button when you see "Factory reset..." on the screen 2. Xilinx Reset Transporter 1. Disconnect the power 2. Press and hold "1" on the remote 3. Reconnect the power 4.
