It sounds more like it has been changed to 'Repeat Song' mode. (Yes, a silly setting, IMHO... but someone must like it...) If you have an SB2/3/Classic/Boom with the IR remote, press the repeat button until it shows repeat off. (Or repeat playlist if you're into that...)
