Mr KDF knows his Squeezeboxes very well. Much better than you do. I suggest you re-read his post before making inaccurate statements about "feel-good" attitudes. Maybe a relaxed attitude towards spending effort to understand what people talk about who want to help is also part of the problem. KDF's statement is correct, yours is not.
