bpa - Good news I think (or at least progress?).
I followed the instructions you pointed me to to InstallSVNTrunkAsService and was able to launch the http://localhost:9000 page and see whatever music she has loaded in her itunes folder. Not exactly sure what this means but I know you will know. Will post the netstats soon.
