Mark - I'm not an expert, but I do use MediaMonkey and a Squeezebox Duet. Do you mean that you want your tagging done in MediaMonkey to show up in Squeezeserver?
Then I think you just need two things: 1. Are MediaMonkey and your Squeezebox both using the same music library? 2. Is MediaMonkey set to save changes you make to tags? (that was the default setting on mine) If so, then maybe you just need to clear and rescan your Squeezeserver for the tags to be updated.
