Certainly the wired-only SB3 model was dropped, but I don't remember exactly when. My (admittedly fuzzy) recollection is that the wired-only SB3 was dropped *before* Logitech bought SlimDevices. My equally fuzzy recollection is that the all-black (black metal faceplate with black plastic case) SB3 came after the wired-only models were dropped. The black plastic with silver faceplate was definitely made in both wired-only and wifi models. A few minutes searching on these forums or on the "Way Back Machine" at www.archive.org should come up with more definitive answers.
