I am experiencing the same issue. Constant rebooting just as the logo screens come up. The SB3 ignores the remote (will not factory reset).
The same issue occurs whether the wireless card is in or not. Firmware 123 Server version 7.3 I received the player in the mail (having bought it from another member) and after updating firmware to 123 the player started rebooting mid-song. Then the reboot period got shorter and shorter, and not 9as stated) it reboots just after the logitech and squeezebox logos flash.
