Even if the Head phone blocking speaker alarm is ridiculous and should
have been caught by anything vaguely resembling of a proper testing and
QA process. The fact is that it has an possible end user workaround,
unplug the headphones.

The other "not able to hear alarm AT ALL" problems has no end user
workarounds ?  unless you bring in another device like your cell phone
or old clock-radio as backup.
