I have entered a request into bugzilla #2133
Something I've looked into, but not got very far, is using BruteFIR in
the slimserver decoding chain, i.e. specified by convert.conf (or
better, slimserver-convert.conf.
This would allow all sorts of filters to be specified including Dynamic
Room Correction (DRC).
I believe you can have BruteFIR running as a daemon and have a dynamic
filter that depends on an external interface to set parameters, i.e.
changing equalisation in real-time.
But, like I said, I've not got very far along the road of checking it out.
