Well, you CAN post what you are listening to to your Facebook profile using the default app, though it does not change your Facebook status.
An alternative is to set up Last.fm scrobbling, then use the RSS from last.fm to feed those other sites. I use twitterfeed to post my listens to Twitter and Facebook every 12 hours. Ping.fm supports a ton of services, so you might want to look into that.
