mkanet, I don't use Sirius, but I do use Slacker quite often. The only time I get such Slacker "duplicate login" errors is when I actually do have a duplicate login (computer on Slacker UI or another player).
A long time ago there was an issue with the SqueezeNetwork UI (this is now MySqueezeBox.com) where Slacker would see your computer logged into SqueezeNetwork and your player(s) as "duplicate logins". That issue was corrected, but I wonder if the issue is back for some network setup configurations? As a *very* long shot, try logging off any instances of MySqueezeBox.com UI logins.
