I believe he works in tech support. Many forum visitors don't understand that these forums are not intended for tech support communications. Looking at some of Osama's recent posts, he's trying to direct people to the normal tech support channels for help with their problems.
I found your comments to be unnecessarily harsh. His actions and comments are likely what he has been directed to do. How do you like it when someone at work who knows mostly nothing about what you do, or how you do it, offers unknowledgeable criticism?
