So I'm trying to troubleshoot the laggy problems I'm having recently. I
have no problems with the network tests, I can stream 5000 kb/s, the max
setting, 99%.

What is happening is I'll click on a song or change the volume or
whatever from the web interface and it will just sit there and not take
the command. Sometimes the same thing happens from the remote.

So I fired up squeezeboxserver from the command line with --perfwarn
0.5 and I get some interesting results:

Code:

What would cause exactly 10 second lags?? That can't be a coincidence.
Any suggestions for what kind of logging to turn on to diagnose this?

BTW this is from a fresh re-install, today, of 7.4.1 on a Fedora 12 64
bit machine. I wiped the cache before running and rescanned the library.
I even reinstalled the latest firmware on the SB3. Still I get the lags.
Sometimes it will freeze while playing which is extremely annoying. I
never used to have this kind of problem.

Thanks for any pointers.
