Why not stick to the old Engineers advice :

"If it ain't broke -- Don't fix it".

Of course if you want any of the new features then a different issue -
but I've been around computers and elsctronics long enough now to stand
back a little and get "the early adopters" to do all the work and only
upgrade if "opinion out there" says its worth it and the application is
stable.
