Do you have more than 1 login acount? I have 2 acounts 1 standard and 1 premium. Maybe you are longing into the standard instead. I would go to Sirius.com, on your PC and open media player, use the same login and password for your premium acount and see if the Premium or if the standard acount button is pressed, on the media player. I also had trouble when I was setting up my Squeezebox radio too my Sirius acount and that was my problem, I was logging into the standard acount instead of the premium acount. Hope this helps.
