Something is blocking your player and SBS from seeing the internet.  
I'd start by temporarily disabling your firewall and anti-virus for use
with SBS.

Are all devices on your network connected through a router?  Do you
have any settings on the router not allowing devices to communicate
outside of your local network?

If your player is connected to a router, you attempt to connect player
directly to MySB.com and it won't connect, then something else besides
firewall and anti-virus is blocking the hardware player because the
player is no longer associated with your computer when you attempt to
connect it directly to MySB.com.

Also, verify that your correct MySB login info is on SBS > Settings >
mySqueezeBox
Make sure there is no mention of "incorrect MySB login" on this page.

Beyond these and Siduhe's recommendations you may need to contact
support.
