Just a quickie. MrC Wrote: > (...) we love (the Belkin Pre-N) (...)I'm glad you're having no issues with > your Pre-N. Out of curiosity which version/firmware is your model? Mine is 1001uk/1.01.03, and it was purchased at the same time as the SB2 on Aug10,2005.

I've had a quick look through the posts, but I'm a bit worried that I'll brick the router if I tried it. And my intention, should another brand of router prove it is the Belkin (and some of the posts in your link seem to imply that 'certain' Belkin Pre-N's are dropping wireless comms every now and then), is to offload it on eBay. I know I'll make a loss doing so, but if the SB2/Slimserver starts running reliably then I won't be too bothered. By the way it is set for a fixed channel [I'm sure someone asked me this in a previous post.] I'll post back in about two weeks regarding my findings... -- CavesOfTQLT _______________________________________________ Discuss mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/discuss
