One of the benefits of MP3tunes is that it's focused on music, and they build a basic server-side index of your music by reading the tags. Also MP3tunes is a lot cheaper, 50GB for $39.95/year or $4.95 a month, vs 50GB Dropbox for $9.99/month.
With a Dropbox solution you'd be stuck browsing by folders I guess.
