I've released an updated '0.9-133.1' (http://sourceforge.net/projects/softsqueeze/files/squeezeslave/squeezeslave-0.9.133/squeezeslave-0.9-133.1-osx.tar.gz/download) OSX binary package with a workaround to fix navigation of the menus with the arrow keys.
The latest OSX development build r150 on 'googlecode' (http://code.google.com/p/squeezeslave/downloads/list) includes the workaround as well.
