I don't expect that Squeezebox Server is able to handle video itself, not yet.
There are nice video streamer out there with HDMI, DVD/BlueRay, playing videos from USB and network share, plus play audio form UPnP/DLNA. And that's the point, when I have my Squeezebox Server running I don't want to deploy also UPnP (i.e. Twonkey Media Server), but rather use the existing Slimserver.
