Mike, the only thing I would point the bone at is the Rescan Timer that you have already checked is off. I am not aware of anything else that would kick off a scan. You don't have some sort of garbage collect program that would clear SB cache that runs auto magically? If the SB server loses it's data base it will rebuild (kickoff a scan). What type of scan is kicked off? The web control Server Settings/Information tab should indicate whether it is a full scan or just a look for new and changed music, but if it is just a look for new and changed music it shouldn't take long. All I can suggest is to email support or try 7.5.1 (or even 7.6.0) and see if it goes away. Pretty lame advice, but I can't think of anything else.
