The benefit of the iPad is the bigger screen so although more information can be put onto it simultaneously, at a certain point it becomes too cluttered if too much is seen at once. On the other hand, I don't know if it is possible to have a "settings" panel where the user can choose which panels and modes are visible at any one time, then each user can customize to their own preferences. Bottom line, I vote for an interface which works for anyone who reads the manual rather than for someone who has never used it before. And this is not a video game, it is a controller. Once the song is picked, hopefully the new user will "get it" anyway, so it becomes a non-issue. -- mortslim ------------------------------------------------------------------------ mortslim's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=11039 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=74581 _______________________________________________ discuss mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/discuss
