If you set the limit to some very high number then you'll avoid the side effects on the shuffle behavior. But be very careful when doing this with the SqueezePlay based players, Radio and Touch, as their performance loading large playlists is really horrible. Undoubtedly it was the reason for imposing the limit in the first place. Instead of figuring out how to handle very large playlists on these players, they just stuck everyone with a limit on the playlist size.
