Plugins are normally installed via the Settings/Plugins page. If you go to that page, check the Synchronizer, and hit apply, it should load it for you. Then just restart SqueezeboxServer and you're good. Once you have that, you'll need to go to the Setting/Advanced/The Synchronizer page and define your sync sets, and then you're fully up and running.
