I don't have any use for them on the main screen.
I think this might depend a bit on how people use their Squeezebox. I
suspect people that play their music by selecting saved playlists or by
selecting individual albums might have a bit more use for these
functions, especially the shuffle function. Personally I mostly play my
music through my various dynamic playlists through Dynamic Playlist/SQL
Playlist plugins and then these functions are useless.
I suspect shuffle is more important than repeat and I suspect it's more
important to see the indicators than actually be able to change them.
