The PS3 does include a UPnP client/endpoint/renderer or whatever, and so it might be possible for something to offer the existing SBS stream.mp3 via UPnP, which you could then find on the XMB of the PS3 and could play. I've never tried that, though, so it's just an idea - you'd need some additional UPnP software to do it.
