assuming they are not also duplicated in your actual directory/files, have you tried a simple "clear and rescan" in SbS? Also make sure you don't have any links within your music library directory to other directories where you may have copies of the same music files. Same for playlists. Make sure your playlists don't refer to songs that are in locations other than your selected music library location.
