Just turned on genius mode on my iPad and what should appear since I
have iPeng? That's right, SqueezePad. Sigh, there goes another ten
bucks. Great work on this. It's nice to see an iPad app out. Of
course I'm just like every other bloke on earth so here's a few points
I'd like to make.

I'm going to just come out with the wishlist first:

-pleaSE, plEASE, PLEASE come out with a wake-on-lan option when
launching the app. I always use iPeng to power on my computer when it
launches (shout out Pippin).

-I'd like to see the current playlist pop up ala iTunes when tapping on
the cover art of what's currently playing. It would also be nice if the
playlist indicated the current playing track either by an arrow or
highlight. Additionally, for the information junkies, total playlist
play time and # of tracks (I don't personally need this but have you
met an information junkie? Them boys like their stats.)

-I saw some mention of quicker access to favorites (artist, album,
etc.). You were questioning where to put it. I know this may not be
as quick as others would like but maybe you could put a bar at the
bottom of the playlist window as suggested above. One click on the
current playing album art would bring up the playlist window with a
favorites bar on top or bottom. It would be great if the favorites bar
were modifiable with options similar to iPeng (shout out Pippin). Or,
at the very least buttons that shortcut to new music, artists and
albums. And to be totally selfish, I'd like a link to a plugin I use
all the time Server Power Control so that I can hibernate my server
with one click. Maybe you could add a shortcut to a URL since you can
link to the SPC hibernate server option through a URL.

-If you are going to implement album art caching please make it
optional. I think the current speed is sufficient and I'm afraid
caching may slow the process. I have a LOT of albums and if caching
has to go through them every time to see what may be new that may take
longer than just loading them up as you scroll.

That should be enough for now. I'm sure I'll think of more later. I
really like the simple interface. I'm not sure what I'd add. As much
as I hate to say it, a home button somewhere may be nice. I mean, the
tap and hold to go home is fine but it's a tap and hold vs. just a tap.
I'm a busy guy :) Other than that it may also be nice to allow us to
pick a background for the main screen.

And this is just an interface issue. When adding an album to the end
of the playlist using the context menu the list goes blank for a bit
without any indication of what's going on. It would be nice if you put
the progress bar back in the window since it's reloading the current
menu.

One more thing, I'd like to see an option for restarting in the menu
where you left off when closing the app.

Thanks again for the app and sorry for the long winded post.
