I've been using Squeezeslave for months now and love it. Occasionally I get a glitch, but it is quite satisfactory. The author of Squeezeslave seems to be actively working on it, so that is really nice. The big advantage of Squeezeslave is that you can redirect it to a specific audio device (a must have feature).
